Return&Refund Policy
Purchased but not shipped (Cancellation):
Your order will be issued as soon as possible after your purchase, within 3 hours after placing an order, you can request a cancellation. You will be charged a 5% processing fee.
Returns (if acceptable)
We're confident our products will give you a pleasant experience. For any reason you wish to return eligible, unopened, unused products purchased from VENIACHERIE.com you need to shipping the goods back within 14-days of the delivery date for store credit. VENIACHERIE can not conduct exchanges at this time.
Due to sanitary purposes to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please email service@veniacherie.com with your order number, reason for return, and the items you wish to return. Buyers have to pay for shipping costs for returns.
Non-Quality Issues:
As the nature of handmade products, each item may have slight variations and individual handicraft flaws. Therefore, we are temporarily unable to offer returns or exchanges for non-quality issues (such as size discrepancies, color variations, or individual handicraft flaws). Before ordering, please carefully review the product images, descriptions, and size guidelines to ensure that your expectations align with the actual product.
Used products:
- We do not offer returns except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction. Please email service@veniacherie.com with your order number and a clear photo/video of the defective.
The customer must email to service@veniacherie.com for a return authorization before sending any product back to VENIACHERIE. Or the refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay for the shipping cost to get the item returned or sacrifice the item.
Returns Track:
If the request of returns is approved, please contact service@veniacherie.com to get the return address.
Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we received the item you sent and check it is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be issued in 2 working days.
Late or missing refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@veniacherie.com.
Shipping Damage Claims
We are proud that each product goes through a rigorous quality control process. However, we can't control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you received may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the package when receiving it. If something wrong unfortunately happens, please email service@veniacherie.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours.
Notice: Shipping claims are only accepted within 7 days of receipt.
